Great initial run

Directions for lighting the burner were very easy to follow and worked with no issues. Platter size is perfect for making 12-to-14-inch pizza with room to spare. The plater drive system is extremely quiet, and the front control panel switch is very convenient. Heat up time was only about 15 minutes (I did not time it and was in 15°F temperatures). The front mounted thermometer gave an accurate indication of when the oven was ready to cook pizza. The needle just into the red zone for a hearth temperature of 700 – 750°F (the sweet spot in my opinion) measured with an infrared thermometer. Pizza cooking was very even across the top (topping side) and the bottom (crust side). Balancing the top and bottom side cooking did require burner to be turned to low between pizzas or the hearth was too hot to match the top side cooking. This was required on other ovens I have used and it not an issue at all just something to remember to do. Turning the burner to low when heat is not needed conserves propane. Cooking time was about the same as a wood-fired brick oven at around 3 to 3.5 minutes and very similar cooking results. Bottom line is the oven work great and I am very excited to used it more. Nothing better than a fresh baked thin crust pizza with just a little char.

Absolute Game Changer

I can't say enough good about this purchase. No buyers remorse here at the 1200 price tag. Easy assembly. Fast and easy ignition. Very quick heat up time. Air fryers are just the icing on the cake. Do your research 1st. Learn the ins and outs and especially how to initially season and care for your product. My regular gas grill I'm sure has become super lonely. To those of you with issues an poor reviews, sometimes things happen during shipping. Reach out to customer service, they are top notch, they stand behind their products 100% and they are eager to help. I have been referring all my friends and family.

I'm making 40-50 pizzas a day with this.

Pro: I bought this to try out making pizzas in my small restaurant. I'm making 40 or so small pizzas in a 5 hour period. My plan was to replace this with a commercial level oven if the pizzas were a hit so I could take this home for my family. It was such a good investment and the quality of the pizzas is perfect. Con: like other reviews I have seen, my cart was delivered with pieces bent or dented. The box was perfect so I assume these imperfections occurred prior to packaging. Some of the screw receivers were missing so I had to go buy some bolts and locknuts to finish putting it together.

Fantastic pizza oven

The Blackstone outdoor pizza oven is fantastic! Cooks pizzas fast and it’s just like getting it from your local pizza shop, the grandchildren and everyone loves to make their own pizzas and now it’s convenient to do so right in my own backyard. Blackstone offers outstanding customer service so if you’ve been on the fence like I was trying to decide what pizza oven to buy, Blackstone is your best choice!

Such a cool electric griddle!!!

I love this thing. I wasn't sure because I have several regular Blackstone griddles and enjoy them so much but this thing has surpassed my expectations. This griddle is slick! Slick in looks and in nonstick. It has handled everything I have thrown at it, even a pile of frozen hashbrowns. I love using the Blackstone Orange Silicone 6 Section Egg Ring Tray. It's perfect for eggs or pancakes! Thank you Blackstone for stepping out of the box for a wonderful new take on a Blackstone.

Restaurant Quality Pizza in 90 seconds

This unit is absolutely amazing . The design is well thought out and the unit itself is solid . I will say the instructions could use some refining as they skip over some steps and have some fasteners that they must of removed and replaced with others . That is my only complaint I can give . We made 7 pizzas the other night and by the last one I felt like a pro. Everyone that took a pizza home said it tasted like it was cooked in a high end restaurant. This oven brings u that quality pizza in 60-90 seconds just as advertised. If you’re on the fence about this unit I suggest you purchase it now before it’s sold out or the price goes up . Well done Black Stone Products !

Pizza Oven with no real competition.

Best pizza oven on the market! The rotating pizza stone makes having to stand there the entire time to rotate your pizza so it doesn’t burn a thing of the past. My kids and I have made pizzas twice and meatball subs. Can’t wait to try other recipes like brussel sprouts in a cast iron pan or steaks. It is simply a game changer.

Excellent Addition to any Backyard Kitchen

This is my first ever pellet grill. I’ve had many griddles before including Blackstones. Overall the ease of use is phenomenal. The WiFi app, the ease to keep it clean, the rolltop pellet grill door. All of it is exceptional. I’ve cooked a brisket, pork loin, spatchcock chicken, pork chops and a few other things on the pellet smoker. It doesn’t smoke insane- but we like that. We don’t like overpowering smoke. My brisket turned out phenomenal. The griddle is perfect for our family of 3. It’s lights right up. If we have guests we can cook in batches but again, this isn’t our first rodeo. I truly love this piece of equipment and am so grateful I got it. Also, Lowe’s put it together for me for free and delivered for free. Everything worked out well for me there too. No issues.
