My new favorite knife. I have a much more expensive knife that I’ve used for a few years now and really liked until I got this knife - I had no idea this could be so sharp out of the box and stay sharp through multiple uses. My much more expensive knife now sits unused in the drawer (actually, I used it last night and while sharp, it’s nothing compared with this knife).
