Very disappointed!

Ordered a Blackstone grill weeks before needing to use it on a 12 person family camping trip, only to receive a defective unit I totally couldn't use. So I emailed the company, only to get an auto reply that I need to register the product before they will address issues/defects. So it's been over a week and I have no progress on getting my grill replaced. The defects included missing a tab that locks the heavy grilling surface into place. But it was also very scratched on the cover, there was no hardware to attach the lid to the grill, and even the carrying case was already ripped along the zipper seam.

I’ve had it for a month. It had rust spots already on the grill. I had to clean it. I had to re-season it and it warped just a little but it did and how do you put the cover on if you can’t stay on in order to carry the whole thing, cover has no screws. The griddle has markings in order to mount something on it, but apparently not the cover that comes with it.

This grill is amazing, sturdy and reliable. Bought it to cook quick meals for the wife and I in the patio when I don't want use the pellet smoker or the Old Smokey pit. It is big enough to cook for a party of 10. We’ve already used to cook a late breakfast in the patio and turned out great. Again, why did I have to wait so long.

Works great for me as a truck driver

Got to mainly use on the truck. Needed something easy to clean and easy to store. My options were easy to clean out ready to store so I choose easy to clean. While it takes up the front passant floorboard I'm definitely happy with my purchase. It i might should have gotten the 17 inch one, but I wanted something that I could use camping when my daughter comes down as well. I'm not one for bread or veggies so I cook a lot of steak and lamb and this thing does great. All I need is wagyu beef tallow and salt to make great tasting steaks and lamb. Down side is that good through the 1lbs propane bottles way to quickly do i had to get the 20lbs adapter for it.
