Bought in black Friday sale. We had a 36" where I used to work at. Always loved cooking on it. Finally after 3 years of wanting to get one for home I broke down and got me one. They cook anything I would recommend one to anyone.

We are missing the piece to attach the holders on the side tables and also it came with a few scratches. We haven’t cooked on it yet.

We just took our Grill out of the box and put it together. We are super excited to use our grill, but I'm disappointed that there are scratch marks and dents in our brand new purchase. I don't think it will harm us in the use of the grill, I'm just not happy that I paid a lot of money for something that looks like a scratch and dent item.

The pan in the bottom of the burners was broken on delivery. The 4 rivets were broken. I replaced them with machine screws.

Opened my griddle to begin putting it together, the heat shield underneath was not attached. The rivets were broken off and loose in the box when it was opened. It was also bent from the shipping and the box and styrofoam inside was broken. I am contacting customer service while writing this to figure out what I am supposed to do since this is not a piece that I am supposed to have to assemble

I've had my 30" Pro Series Blackstone for three years now and couldn't be happier. It gets used a significant amount year round and handles what I need it to do. I have 2 20# propane tanks. Heaven forbid if I run out of propane. I think Blackstone should come back out with the Pro Series griddles.
