I can't say enough good about this purchase. No buyers remorse here at the 1200 price tag. Easy assembly. Fast and easy ignition. Very quick heat up time. Air fryers are just the icing on the cake. Do your research 1st. Learn the ins and outs and especially how to initially season and care for your product. My regular gas grill I'm sure has become super lonely. To those of you with issues an poor reviews, sometimes things happen during shipping. Reach out to customer service, they are top notch, they stand behind their products 100% and they are eager to help. I have been referring all my friends and family.

I love my new Blackstone griddle!!!! So easy to cook on and easy to clean. My dad helped me put it all together, it took a few hours but we did it. The instructions were very easy to understand there was just a lot of nuts and screws. Having the two air fryers on it has been great. I have bought so many other accessories to go with it, makes cooking so much easier. All my accessories fit nicely in the cabinets of the griddle. The Blackstone seasonings are fabulous!!! I think I have purchased all of them lol.

Our brand new grill arrived in not so great condition. After waiting weeks for it to arrive it was extremely disappointing to see the damage as we unboxed the grill to put it together. The exterior box was in excellent shape so it’s hard to say why multiple pieces of the grill were bent inside the box. Directions could also be better. I would compare these instructions to ikea instructions.

The grill itself is incredible, but it arrived with three damaged panels, missing a piece and one of the screw nuts was not seated properly. For this price there shouldn’t be these kinds of issues.

It’s a beast, but the heat level (it can get Hades hot if you let it) and the surface area are well worth the investment!! Seasoning is a breeze - but do your homework- and the air fryers are a Buffalo wing lover (and I GUESS vegetable lover) awesome feature

Did a lot of research prior to buying this griddle. We read some cons about what can happen to it, but I think with the right care we should be OK. BBQ cooking is all I do in the summertime at the trailer. We bought this Blackstone a week ago and I’ve already cooked some amazing meals on it. Researched a lot of recipes and things we can do with it. Can’t wait to try new things with it.

Recieved as a big surprise. Product came perfectly packaged. Directions were on point and easy to follow. Put together in about 2 hours and heating up within 3. First meal getting cooked on it today for memorial day!
