Love but disappointed they haven’t fixed the issue

We love our current travel blackstone so I decided to upgrade to the 4 burner with the air fryer as the smaller one took too long for backyard cookouts with family and friends when cooking a lot of food. The shipping took about 2 weeks which is expected. We were disappointed that the drawers were bent and damaged so they didn’t even close and when we got it closed couldn’t get it open. I have reached out to blackstone for new parts and am awaiting their “review” of our photos to see if the product really is damaged. I’m disappointed in the process/time to get new parts. For how much you spend on this product you’d expect quality. I did see this issue on other reviews and just crossed my fingers we didn’t have the same problem. Hoping to get the parts next week, but I haven’t received any information as of now.

This is my first blackstone. I am impressed! After finding a video online I seasoned it with blackstone’s product. I have cooked several meals on it now and it is AWESOME!! Can wait to try the pizza oven next

I got my new griddle bundle with the air fryers and pizza oven. Received it in really good shape, no damage other than the two drawers were bent in the back, nothing that could not be straighten and its not seen when opened. I love blackstone the griddles. This is actually my second one. I have a 22 inch we used for camping and all my kids own a blackstone griddle.
Have not used the pizza oven at this time. Still building my outdoor kitchen area.

Top layer of griddle disintegrated

We bought our Blackstone less than 2 years ago. This past summer we noticed the top layer was peeling off. We have cleaned the grill with the appropriate cleaners after each use. It continued to get worse. We paid a lot of money for it to break down this fast and be told that it is just a rust stain when you can see the layers in the picture of it peeling off. We were told our other option was to buy a new griddle top at our expense. Very disappointing!

Damaged with Very Slow Response

bought the grill the weekend before Thanksgiving via the Blackstone Website. Finally arrived about 10 days later, not horrible. When it arrived, fed ex freight dropped the pallet in the middle of our gravel driveway 200 feet from our home. We had to take it apart piece by piece and carry it to the house. When we began to put it together, we realized that the main body of the grill had been damaged in shipping. We immediately shared this with Blackstone, and talked with them on the phone on Monday December 4. They said they would prioritize this and we would have the replacement part in about 10 days, and would have a Fed Ex tracking number by around Wednesday December 6. It is now night on December 12 and we still do not have a tracking number and they have stopped responding to my requests for more information. I can't rate the produce yet but the shipping process and customer service have been horrible. I would not recommend buying directly from blackstone. Shop local where there is better customer support.

Great Bundle

Our new Blackstone griddle has been a treat! The air fryers work great and really make this unit versatile. The pizza oven has been much better than expected with high grades from my pizza adoring kids! I did have a part missing from the griddle which we had to fabricate a temporary solution for and since the part is back ordered for 2-3 months it could have been a real problem. That being said, the customer service from Blackstone has been very responsive and helpful. I would certainly recommend this product and Blackstone as a company.

My husband and I are cooking on it almost every day!! Smash burgers, chicken fried rice, steak & chicken teppanyaki w/ veggies, pancakes, eggs, turkey bacon, fries, tater tots, etc.!! So fun to think of new things for breakfast & dinner and go try it out!! The clean up is so easy also, we've eliminated lots of pots and pans from our daily use.
