I have had nothing but issues with this product with random temperature spikes to the app not working with the grill. By far the worst experience so far has been trying to unjam the auger coil. It’s like they wanted to make it impossible compared to similar products were the motor or just the coil come straight out. Still haven’t figured that out and so far no resources online. Hoping I can figure it out before Thanksgiving

The directions were easy to follow. Set up took about 1.5 hours. It is packaged very well. Unpacking it took a half hour of the time.

Just got this new pellet grill and so far it’s great. When I bought my Traeger I didn’t realize to get any smoked flavor i would either need to use a smoke tube or pay a lot extra for their super smoke feature which is just the standard smoke amount from other grills. Wish I had got this grill before wasting money on a “top” name brand that just reduces production to force you to pay more

I love my Blackstone products I have four different ones a pellet grill a flat top grill an electric grill an air fryer/pizza oven. The only thing I would recommend is try to make a flat griddle for the Electric grill so you can make eggs with out them running all over
