I made a stir fry with raw shrimp, red peppers, green peppers, onions and rice on my Blackstone Griddle. The seasoning was perfect for the type of taste I wanted. kind of tropical with a little bit of a kick to it.

This is a great seasoning to use in your hiachi/teppanyaki dishes. Its also great on rice dishes or Hawaiin burgers. I keep this one on hand at all times.
