New black stone review

Just unboxed my new black stone 22” Modle 2484. So far it’s nice. I have other flat tops but this one is a perfect size to travel with. The first thing I noticed was the top is just floating. I’m going to find a way to make it semi permanent and attached to the flat top for easier handling. Also I noticed the igniters are riveted down by two little rivets and those are already wobbled out from packaging or shipping I’m assuming, they won’t spark unless I hold down the plate to allow the igniters to unground them self to make spark.. If anyone else has that issues I’m sure they will think it’s broken. I will definitely be looking into reinforcing that bracket for my future use on it too. Other than that it looks great and I’m looking forward to upgrading these things for longevity usage and many meals in the future! Thank you!

The 2484 model is perfect for on the move cooking right on the tailgate of the truck or on a picnic table. Easy to set up and very easy to clean. I love it

I just unboxed this grill. Instructions were clear enough to successfully put the feet and hood on. Rinsed griddle in hot water (no soap) and dried. Attached small propane bottle to regulator and the attached to grill. Took a few tries to get it to light. This is the only area of the instructions that weren’t clear enough. But it fired up and it got up to temp very quickly!

I’ve gotten a chance to use it once and so far I’m pretty happy with my purchase. I’ve been wanting a Blackstone for a while and just didn’t have a need for something too large and I saw this model at Walmart and decided I wanted to get it. I like keeping my grills inside when not using them so this works out for my needs.
