I’m so glad I purchased this initially with my Blackstone. You can use other oil to season, but I really believe this made the difference. Make sure to take the time and use the product as directed and you will be a very happy with results. Cooked the onions after seasoning to help continue the jump start seasoning process. Very happy with the results and purchase!

This is good to use to keep the griddle ready to use. We have had the griddle for a few months and use it about 3 times a week. We seasoned it when we got it and just did it again.
