10/10 recommend! I honestly didn’t expect to love my Blackstone as much as I do. It cooks food perfectly, gives everything that awesome griddle flavor, and makes cooking for multiple people so easy. Breakfast on the Blackstone is a game changer! It’s become one of my favorite things to cook on, and I find myself looking for excuses to use it. Definitely worth the money.

High quality. Great value for price. Griddle is heavy. I hope it works out well caring in RV. Perhaps for mobility goals your aluminum griddle with coating would be better. I hope maintenance of cast iron isn’t overwhelming. Might be more than I bargained for. Bigger than I need. I wish you’d make same thing in half the size. 2 people. 2 burgers. 2 steaks.
