Ok first of all like most of you my batter dispenser was frozen. The opening valve had adhered to the plastic, and if you force the handle you will break it I took vegetable oil and gently with a pairing knife, separated the plastic, and now it works beautifully if your slider is frozen on the bottom, don’t force it let oil do its job. Take a small knife and separate the plastic delicately then it’ll be perfect.

Was given this as a Father's day present. The DAY we were going to make pancakes, the handle exploded while sitting on the counter. Seems to be the same place on the handle that others complain about.

I bought this for the egg rings and the pancake despenser. The first one's handle broke after 2 uses. So I was down to the egg rings and bacon press. Due to the way it broke it couldn't be used at all. I waited for a few months until I could find a other kit in store. When I did find one I tested the handle before purchase, it felt like it was connected good. I bought it and it made it through 2 uses and still, the same issue happened this time while I was using it. So I ended up making it work until the batter was all gone. It is a great idea but the plastic handle makes it not worth the game of when is it going to break.

Love the press and egg holder thingys. But we purchased this set Twice! The first time we bought it we thought maybe we mishandled the pancake dispenser because at first it wouldn’t latch on to the bottom to open the hatch and while trying to fix it the handle shattered. Second time we bought it, only used it one time and all my husband did was give it a wash and the handle broke on him. Very disappointed and frustrated for being suckered into buying a second one.

I have bought several Blackstone products because of the fact that they are made very well. I was surprise how cheaply made the pancake dispenser was. After the second use the handle broke off. I'm surprise you put your name on something that is Dollar Store quality. After reading several reviews I see that the problem still hasn't been fixed.

The pancake batter piece arrived broken in the package. I contacted customer service twice in the past two weeks ago about a return or replacement and still have not gotten a response. I'd love to give this a better rating if I could use it. To be continued, I hope

Loved the pancake batter dispenser the one time we used it. The second time we tried it the handle cracked. The dispenser was the reason we purchased the set and taking it out of the package I questioned the quality :(
