The slight angle does a lot

I have the original scraper and this newer one and they aren't better/worse than each other. I just find different uses for different times. I want to say that the grip on this is fantastic and the slight angle means a lot.

Simple, elegant, angled design provides great leverage and there is no overhanging grip or handle to get hung up on the sides of the griddle. The beveled edges make this a great tool for "chopping" food while it cooks.
