This is my first Blackstone . I chose this one based on the space I had available in my outdoor kitchen. Was a great choice ! Also love the hood. Well made , easy to use and so far awesome culinary experience

Griddle On!

I see some people had issues with the box damaged, but my griddle arrived undamaged. Under the hood had a dent, but it's cosmetic only and not apparently noticeable. It was easy to assemble. Initial seasoning was easy. Just follow the instructions. I haven't had any issues with food sticking to the griddle top. The two burner does a nice job but there's definitely cold spots, but that works well for keeping warm spots. We almost use the griddle exclusively now in place of stove top. It's easy to clean and to keep seasoned. Take care of it and it will take care of you.
