I recieved this in November, the griddle did not line up in the holes. Registered the product, contacted customer service, sent pictures, a new griddle top was sent. This one was heavier, the locating pins longer and the back lip taller. It fit the holes perfectly but the grease pan I can will not fit as the griddle that was sent is essentially taller than the original. So I let customer service know, presto I recieve another griddle top that was the same as the 2nd one. I am waiting now for almost two weeks for someone to figure things out. I don't need three griddle tops for one griddle LOL. I can either take a dremel tool and make the slot wider and use the original and the grease pan will fit, or figure out how to make the grease pan taller or wait until Blackstone gets back to me with a solution, until then this rates a 1 star.
