Perforated Peel aka Useless Wast of Flour

It as bound to happen. A Blackstone Product that disappoints. Ridiculous design. The peel needs to be floured and the flour goes through the holes. I had better results from parchment paper on a cookie sheet. Contacted chat and spoke to agent who did not understand "launch a pizza" and said to use more flour or buy another, different peel to which he was good enough to send a link. Extremely disappointed in product and Blackstone customer service.
