Disappointment

Huge disappointment, used one time and the sponge came right off! The little plastic pieces that are suppose to hold the sponge on are completely broke off!! Makes me not want to buy anymore blackstone products!

I bought this item from Walmart to accessorize my new griddle as birthday gift. I hung the tool on the hanging pegs of the griddle. The end of the tool slipped off the rest of the handle as the tool seemed to be somewhat heavy. The tool is a bit bulky and does not clean the corners of the griddle well because the scrapper interferes at the griddle corners. I think it is best to have 3 separate tools and would like to exchange it but I cannot find the Walmart receipt.

Surface cleaning tool

One tool to clean up and resurface your griddle surface. Use this when I haven't griddled for awhile or when there is a lot of build up on the surface. Great tool. Sometimes the scrubber falls off but its not an issue for me.

Worked great until I tried to clean the tool

The tool did I a fine job of cleaning the griddle but the orange pad came away filthy. I tried to clean it but could not. Am I to assume that I must use a new orange pad each time I clean the griddle. That’s a bad deal.

The sponge and the stone both fall off all the time, like others have said here. Good idea but needs some tweaking.

Don't waste your money

The cleaning tool seemed like a great tool for my 36# Blackstone until I used it. The brick does not stay in the tool. It falls out even after adjusting the holding brackets. The scouring pad melts if the griddle is the least bit too hot. The bottle opener broke off after attempting to hand it on the griddle. Too bad. I had hoped for a better way to clean the griddle.
